Agile minds, empowered people.

Dr Leanne Wall experienced a significant episode of burnout at the height of her corporate career.   Through her lived experience and following much research in this area, Leanne now works with leaders and their teams to help them understand the importance of managing their stress in a timely and effective way.  Avoiding the potentially devastating effects on mental and physical well-being, as well as highlighting the risk of developing a mental health illness if stress is not managed, is a key focus for Leanne.

Leanne uses her extensive experience in senior leadership roles, and her medical, counselling and coaching background, to generate crisp insights into the acute stress response and how this can help and hinder our performance, both in our professional and personal lives. Leanne understands how our bodies function during short and long-term stress, the importance of being aware of our internal warning system when stress is becoming an issue and knowing when to put up our hands and ask for help.  Leanne understands the mental health implications of long-term stress and how these can be prevented through self-care.
